"The Cady School of Music tuition plan is modeled after institutions such as colleges, fitness centers, dance studios, daycare, etc. Payment is made by the semester for lessons, and that payment secures a timeslot within a teacher's studio - effectively reserving that time - regardless of student attendance.
Lessons are offered in 1/2 hour, 1 hour, 1 1/2 hour, and 2 hour increments. Longer lessons are offered at a discount, and families with more than one child taking lessons pay a rate based on the total weekly lesson times of the family's children.
There are two options for tuition payments:
- Payment in full for the entire semester, at a 5% discount.
- Payment in four equal amounts over the course of the semester.
The Cady School accepts major credit cards.
The Cady School of Music Billing Policy:
- If you are unable to make your scheduled weekly appointment you are still responsible for the cost of that lesson, regardless of the reason.
- You will get up to two (2) make up lessons per semester for lessons that you missed, whatever the reason, at no additional cost to you.
- Teacher cancellations will be made up, or an appropriate substitute will be provided at your regular day and time.
- Lessons canceled due to inclement weather will be made up. Remember we use the SchoolClosings Network to post whether we are open or closed.
- Tuition is only refundable should a teacher decide to discontinue instruction.
- If you are starting mid-semester, tuition will be pro-rated based on your start date.
- Special classes (master classes, Chamber Music, etc.) are to be paid at the time of the class. Payment for other classes that may be offered during the semester will be addressed as the classes become available."
